Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Aline embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and prefers to wear blue clothing when he does not wear armor. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He bought a longsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Lance alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and revenge

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people.
