Description: This woman wears skinny pants and wears a violet and blue robe with the hood down, and sports empty pouches on her belt. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. This gray eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with painting. She constantly tries to fill her life with painting. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.
History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Description: An older woman who wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, she is not a threatening figure. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her green eyes peer out from beneath her Stetson grey hat.
Personality: She hates orcs. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.
History: She comes from a rich southern family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she's looking for her big break

Description: This late middle aged woman wears a robe, a symbol of her god around her neck, and a morningstar on her belt and is in decent physical shape. She has styled her chestnut hair well, parting it to the left. She has brown eyes.
Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ella fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to prove her worth to the world

Description: A 6'3" southern man, he has the majority of his body covered in plate. He has moderate length white hair. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Layabout business.
History: Heward was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Heward abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. After a long history of fighting, Heward and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
