History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roland grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roland fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her childhood dream was to be a Servant, but she was a colossal failure. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
