History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cecily grew up listening to her father's many stories. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Marshal and occasionally as a mercenary.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
