History: Patrick was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A freak accident while working with his Shepherd mother left him crippled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This malnourished man wears a black cloak and cross-gartered green stockings. His hair is short and silver. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Percival was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). After a long history of fighting, Percival and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Arnold lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Bernard has worked very hard to control his curse. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
