Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a red suit, blue shirt, and grey tie. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length brown hair. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: Rolf lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: He was raised in a island tribe. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears red painted combat armor at almost all times. He has done his best to style his brown hair to look like a famous performer. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He tends to wear a large grey jacket. His black hair is matted, messy, and big. His brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 12. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Gifted from a young age, Gerard studied abroad. Gerard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gerard decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: Human compassion; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
