History: Hugh was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Hugh liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Lance was born with his father's beautiful face. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
