Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Baker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Navigator, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Stableman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Stableman work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Oriel never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Norman alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
