History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Tailor. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Simon is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
