Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His red hair is cut short. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.
History: Bertram lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears silk and lounges about seductively. Her long auburn hair reaches down to her waist. Her eyes are likewise hazel. Her teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.
History: The child of a Tanner, who enjoyed hunting, Sarah was taken on many hunting expeditions. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She bought a nunchaku and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.
