History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ermina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ermina. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Laborer responsibilities is difficult; and he is greedy

History: Born to a Sellsword, her mother struggled to pay the bills. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Avelina alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
