Description: This eastern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her blue eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed white hat.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Aline took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up kukri and armor she uses now. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Description: He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'7" when asserting himself. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Godfrey is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Godfrey is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

Description: This man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty violet coat over it. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His hair is black and curly. This brown eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. After coming to the age of reason, Don took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature flail.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and revenge

Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears bulky green painted plate armor. Her hair is brown and curly. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Yvonne embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Yvonne hails from a village terrorized by illithids. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She wants revenge against illithids; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it
