Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Melissa was born on a far southern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Navigator. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
