History: Heward was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anselm fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
