Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She got into the Guard business at a young age. Jacoba was born on a far northern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Guard. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
