Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. A true patriot, Manfred would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new ruler responsibilities is difficult
