History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his dagger, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hubert grew up listening to his father's many stories. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look, and she perpetually has her rapier ready. Her white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Elysande fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her hair is long and chestnut with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small brown clips. Her eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
