Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Through the years after Cecily was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Cecily's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.
