History: Roland was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
