Description: This light-skinned female dresses like a well dressed Ploughman does. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. She is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around her ears. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Margery lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student she started as a Navigator, but she got bored and became a Ploughman. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Navigator they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Ploughman, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. Her blonde hair is still thick. She has brown eyes and a green hat with a violet feather.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She became a Barber soon after.

Motivation: To be a Stableman again; and regain custody of her son

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull blue iron scale mail. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her hair is brown and very short. She has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Ida was born with her father's beautiful face. At some point she was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many gnolls want her driven away; and money/treasure

Description: He stands about 5'11" and wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a morningstar, but if one is not available he will default to his greataxe. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His ears are large.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and to find somewhere to settle down
