Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Randal was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
