Description: This tall, slender woman wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty yellow coat over it. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She was born in the north. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

Description: This tall, slender woman sports blue clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. She wears a broad hat to hide her balding. Her half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Millicent was orphaned to a temple shortly after her birth. She was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above herself and to hold her god always in her heart. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Description: She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. Her skin is fair and her fingers are delicate and long. Her auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her eyes are likewise hazel. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she's repulsed by the pc

Description: He is a mite stocky and is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His hair is white and curly. He has amber eyes and a grey hat with a green feather.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Armorer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Armorer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and wants to open a new tavern
