Personality: He is fixated on the number 23. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Cory's homeland. Cory decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: She is a pot bellied northern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears a black vest and prefers white and brown shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her tied-back hair is silver. Her eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Eleanor isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Eleanor lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Scribe, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter.
