History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Matilda grew up listening to her father's many stories. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Guard for the past few years.

History: Nicholas was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and balancing his hectic life and new stylist responsibilities is difficult
