Personality: Lewis is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Butcher arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Diggory lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Williamina was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Williamina abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
