History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bookbinder they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Locksmith, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Locksmith and was forced into it by his family; and to end his boredom

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Everard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Everard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere.
