Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bather. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 2 years.
