Melissa's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She bought a mace and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Eva was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A freak accident while working with her Guard father left her crippled. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Heather hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and a rival would like her out of the picture

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions
