He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying west to reunite her family. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Eloise was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.
