Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright red and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His chestnut hair is cut short. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has worked as a Detective like his mother before him.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. He has shaved his head bald. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Sarah is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: Sarah was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Sarah was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Sarah decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
