Description: This exceptionally lanky man is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and pastel, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Carter born in the past three hundred years. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Born in the south to a Carter, Don learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: He dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a grey coat with brown slacks. His long golden hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: Patrick lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: Bernard is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He wears his black hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are amber and catlike.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
