Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. The war was a terrible time for her, and Cecily does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Cecily has worked very hard to control her curse. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
