History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Charles fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Being a Baker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Isabella will drive conversation. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To pay off her debts.
