History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Engraver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: Born to a Carpenter, his father struggled to pay the bills. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He became a Map Maker soon after.
