History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Junk Dealer. He now owns his own business.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Helen was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Helen decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with.
