History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Adelard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His first spouse was a Performer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His auburn hair is thinning but still full. His green eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker white hat.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Hubert hails from a village terrorized by orcs. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Hubert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Hubert was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with white lining and desert motifs. She has wavy red hair. Her eyes are likewise hazel. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Bookbinder work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bookbinder work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has achieved small success as a Bookbinder.
