History: Born in the west to a Cook, Anselm learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and balancing his hectic life and new cook responsibilities is difficult
