History: Susannah was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Charles embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Charles was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bowyer. He's also a talented Mercenary, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he feels kind of lost in life

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult; and she is unsatisfied with her job
