History: Matilda was born the youngest of three triplets. She always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Herleva alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Herleva was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.
