History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Ahlyssa alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Born in the north to a Knight, Lance learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Barkeep but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
