Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Dyer born in the past three hundred years. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Hugh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Dyer for the past few years.

His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war.
