Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A freak accident while working with his Herbalist father left him crippled. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Geva lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Balimaar was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Balimaar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants.
