Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Clerebold was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered music. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off her debts

He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Diggory was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and seeks redemption
