Personality: He is a Fletcher first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Manfred was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His childhood dream was to be a Masseuse, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and sabotage a competitor
