History: Gerald hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Gerald was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Isabella grew up listening to her mother's many stories. After coming to the age of reason, Isabella took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Personality: She is a Miner first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Miner but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents enrolled her in a Paladin school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. She became a Miner soon after.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and balancing her hectic life and new miner responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to protect his home
