History: William hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving William alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Diggory was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Diggory decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
