Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Description: This slender woman stands about 5'1". She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Her head has been shaved. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: She was born in a small forest village. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Mary took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up whip and armor she uses now. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear.
