History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.
