History: Bertram was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Hunter took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up hammer and armor he uses now. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: She is mildly Human supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Map Maker arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
