History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A freak accident while working with his Bookbinder father left him crippled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now mingles about in high society.
